What would your responsibilities be? Conduct daily shift meetings.
Attend and participate in facility safety and management meetings.
Follow and ensure company safety polices and safe work practices.
Oversee direct reports to ensure shift goals and quality expectations are consistently achieved.
Responsible for coordinating personnel to ensure effectiveness.
Coach personnel to understand and comply with SPS policies and procedures.
Works in a cooperative, productive, safe, team-oriented manner with all individuals Review and develop recommendations to facility manager to promote continual improvement of all.
processes What are the physical and work requirements you will need? Time will be split between office, warehouse and yard Must have the ability to work a flexible shift including weekends and holidays Fast-paced and moderately stressful constantly changing work environment Ability to stand and be mobile for up to eight hours per shift Ability to lift up to 51 pounds Operate company vehicles, operate overhead cranes, and forklifts etc.
You must have the following to be considered:
High School diploma or G.

Valid driver's license Proven experience in a warehouse environment Detail-oriented and excellent observational skills Strong computer skills Proven experience operating material handling equipment If you have the following, that is even better:
Three or more years of warehouse experience Supervisory experience either as a Supervisor or a Lead person Ability to plan and execute short and long-term goals Experience in continuous improvement and/or quality management What do you get for being a part of our family? You will be paid $22.
