Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle van or bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience - Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance issues - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle vehicle - Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the shuttle, ensuring their safety at all times Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Commercial driving experience, preferably in shuttle or bus driving - Ability to lift heavy objects and assist passengers with their luggage or mobility devices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with passengers - Familiarity with paratransit or school bus driving is a plus Note:
