Additionally, this position observes and reports any changes in the resident's status to the Care Manager or lead staff person.
Essential Functions General Care oProvide assistance and general resident care, including, but not limited to:
social interaction, meal assistance, bathing, toileting, housekeeping.
oFollow care plan, including monitoring resident inputs, outputs, vitals, behavior, safety concerns and any other changes.
oUpon request, transport residents to and from required appointments.
oAs needed, be an active participant in life enrichment activities.
DocumentationoContribute to employee communication log to ensure smooth transition of necessary information from one shift to the other.
oDocument all inputs, outputs, vitals, behavior, and/or safety concerns as needed in the client file.

Minimum QualificationsoHigh school diploma or GED.
oSuccessful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program in the State of employment.
oCurrent CPR/First Aid certification.
Preferred QualificationsoPrevious experience working in a memory care or assisted living community.
Physical Working RequirementsoAbility to travel using personal vehicle, including at night.
oAble to do occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
oAble to work flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.
oEmployee is subject to outside environment conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
